We're now offering bespoke, practical, outcome-oriented product workshops for founders of climate-positive startups specifically crafted around the challenges you face as founders to help you maximise your startup's chances for success.

Workshops for climate founders

Our workshops are designed to de-risk your startup journey by focusing on validating the desirability, viability, and feasibility of your products. We'll specifically craft a workshop tailored to your needs right now - packed with expert guidance and problem solving around product design, development and strategy. With our help, you can:

  • Gain Confidence in Your Problem-Solution Fit: Before you can find Product-Market Fit you need to be confident the solution(s) you're working on are the right approach to the problem you're trying to solve.

  • Test Assumptions: Learn how to test and refine your product ideas and eliminate risks to ensure you're aligned with customer and market needs.

  • Solve Customer Problems: Develop strategies for using customer development and user research techniques to gain actionable insights that address specific challenges or pain points your customers are facing and form a deep understanding of customer needs.

  • Design and Prototype: Plan and prioritise features for your MVP, and learn techniques for creating effective prototypes or pilots and iterating with new learnings in order to design a compelling, user-friendly product.

Who should attend?

Our workshops are ideal for founders of pre-seed ClimateTech startups that have software or software-enabled hardware products who are passionate about contributing to a net zero, regenerative, or circular economy. They're particularly beneficial if you are transitioning from a venture builder or accelerator program and looking for specialised product development support (though not a prerequisite!). Our interactive workshops get founding teams thinking about product development with a fresh perspective.
